    When I heard TP is opening a branch here in Cebu, wa jud ko mo-encourage sa akong mga kaila nga moapply dira. Kay I worked at TP Parañaque branch in 2008, 3 months ra jud ko. I've had my share of salary disputes, mga OT nga wa ma-credit, bonus nga gipromise pero wa gihatag, etc. Among wave wa magdugay sa TP; daghan kaayo reklamo sa sweldo. Ma-delay pa jud.

    Tinuod ni sya, maam. Pero di nimo makuha dayon ang bonus. Staggard na, unya pila pa ka months makuha. Kana ug maka survive, kung mu resign ka or ang nag refer nimo wa moy makuha.

    ako sad. kabaw nako sa ilang baho sa manila. in fact i even posted it when everyone else here was praising TP. now most if not all has realized how bad the system is. come December, TP will surely lose more than half of its population. now thats scary.

    those who complain are those who cant compete? lol. did u know that TP hired people with call center experiences for the reason that they are "competent". no need to spoon feed what to do or what to say. no need to train them for months and months as they already know how it works. just give them a lil refresher course and they're good to go. as a matter of fact, TP was even aiming for C*G employees (current or ex-) specifically from Sp*i*t since TP knows these people are the best. they are actually ranked #1 in the country for Sales in the Telecommunications Market in the U.S for offshore call centers beating TP Manila and other companies. and you say they cant compete? its actually the other way around. they complain because they know they CAN compete. they know they're that good. they are smart enough to realize that they are better off somewhere because TP is asking too much from them and giving so little in return.

Perog maka chamba gani nga di malate iyang buddies, ang malate ug 6 minutes and up action form na. Naa pay iyang naibogan nga banga kaayo mu english pero 100 pirme sa oral assessments. Syempre crush gud, basi unya ug di sugton sa laki ug tagaan niya ug 99 ra nga score. Ahaka to sa una uy. Balita nako sa among wave, murag 24 ba mi ato kabuok, halos half na lang nahabilin.
