    nice and informative thread, may not be accurate but at least it will give the job hunters out there some ideas. hope you can expand it and include smaller companies and their office locations. To those people who dont like the things posted on here, you can either contribute or gtfo.

    Thanks for the feedback cococrunch. yes, it is easy to change the information but the author will be quoted for it for reference. anyway, the information may be updated when someone else provides new information.

The AT&T ISP model includes dropped calls, ghost calls and even calls which were legitimately transferred.

    yes, it is wellpoint. it was intentionally named wellness to hide the true identity because someone commented before about confidentiality.

    yes, it is also amazon concealed under the amazona name.

    english only policy is a good way to reinforce the english language skill but there may be other effective ways, too.

    thanks for the information on the referral incentives. someone somewhere said that for agents, it is 5k upon training and another 5k after confirmation as regular. it this right?

    that was the latest information gathered about the salary range of tp. aside from the bad feedback, also consider the long training bond period. it would be good if we can get other updates info on all of the call centers listed.
