gun ban lang kung ting-eleksyon. not to ban the gun as a whole. there are lots of reponsible gun owners in our country. so there is no reason why we should gun ban here in the phils.

I say BAN the people who are IRRESPONSIBLE owners of GUNS .
" A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. " - 2nd Amendment , Bill of Rights of the United States of America
If we say ban the guns because it kills people, how about banning knives, saws, hammers, baseball bats... LOLS!
gun ban is good only for licensed ones..
how can you ban loose firearms when the first places its already illegal..
tightening up the law would only create more violators
lets go for the old west style, every body owns a gun, then no body messess with you.are u feeling lucky today? bang bang
good idea there.hehe
if you get a permit to carry or PTC then that's legal. maybe you saw somebody carrying a gun but how did you know he has a PTC? do you have links about that news?Originally Posted by imverydumb1
Share lang ko Dudes. Having a PTC doesn't give you the right to show your guns in public. It is stated in the existing rule and regulations sa PTC na: The firearm must not be displayed or exposed to public view.
So kanang nagpakita-kita sa iyang armas, nag pasikat ra na. Supposedly, when you bring your firearms outside your residence, it should be inside a gun bag or holstered (assuming you have a PTC).
Also, Permit to Transport usually magamit sa mga members sa gun clubs who are into practical shooting. It is also stated there that the route taken should be from your residence to the shooting range, kung nisaylo na ka sa range, lalisonon pa na. Ang permit to transport sad naa lang stated na dates kanus-a nimo madala ang gun. Unlike PTC na 1 year ang duration but ma cancel kung naa Gun bans like elections. Due to the very high price of getting a PTC, daghan ang mogamit sa Permit to Transport.
Naa daghan rules regarding ownership and carrying of firearms, pero daghan sad loopholes. Diin ka kabati ug a blind man given a license to own a gun? Only in the Philippines.
hahay...during the required drug test in getting a license:
med tech: Mr. XXX, congrats...negative ka for drugs...but kindly explain why it is indicated na buros ka...
ehehehehehehe...
PTC technically should be given to people when the nature of their occupation or residence or circumstance requires the need for a firearm....
why do the PNP have guns? most of them are useless policemen..hehehe..LoL
