ma'am naay mga agency sa amo field di modawat og volunteer status gasayangsayang lang sa hago og kwarta..Murag ako pagkasabot ani gisakyan man ni sa hospitals gud..

aw noh? mostly man gud sa nurses dapat jud naa ka experience minimum of 6mos before ka ma hire as a staff nurse jud. ok raman unta magpa bayad sila sa volunteer basta dili lang kayo dako. unsaon nalang ang bag-o nga nurses na mag oath taking this year?

So mag-unsa na man lang ang mga nurses nga wala pa'y trabaho? Naa pod unta sila'y training program or whatever nga himoon.

if naay training program kai same raman japon, naa fee. mas ok if mag volunteer sa hospital kai naa jud ang real atmosphere nga naa kas hospital ba..

may ra sad oi. para wai kwarta mawaldas. volunteer program is very much welcome as a program for nurses, provided na we're provided what's due for us:

1. fare reimbursement, pack lunch: in short, allowance
2. certificates at the end of the program
3. respect from fellow colleagues, especially senior nurses who thinks they are Gods
4. cooperative atmosphere

PNA - Philippine Nurses Association - unsa dyud diay gamit nila? i never heard once na nanumbaling sila sa plight sa nurses. All i can see and hear about them is they collect fees for membership. do they really have clear plans for us? such a shame for them really to be given such a prestige of being called PNA and yet we never even heard of them on formulating programs that help us.
