Si Buffet na Billionaire kay tungod sa value investing, become wealthy, with slowly but surely way.
Nindot ning ang income nato kay gikan sa Captial gains kay TAX FREE!!! kay kung Income gani from profession, royalties, sales, kay naay TAX, kaning captial gains kay no TAX, minimize sa taxation samot na kung i under nimu ug trust corp tanan nimu assets, para dili jud intawn luoy ang mahibilin kung pangayo.an ug Estate TAX...
Capital gains are not tax free! Net capital gain which is not over P100,000 is subject to 5% final capital gains tax while net capital gain in excess of P100,000 is subject to 10% final capital gains tax. Even the dividend of a stock is subject to 10% final tax (Check the National Internal Revenue Code). As the saying goes, "there are only two things certain in this world: death and taxes." Have a nice day! happy investing everyone!
