it can be done but it will take multiple administrations to do it. even if mo hire pa sila ug 5k ka manakupay karon nga tuig lisod gihapon kay discipline is not very good with the younger generation.

This is a good goal. I hope not just Manila, also the provinces, even us here in Cebu. How would the government implement it? Good question, I am asking that myself too. It'll happen in 50 to 100 years? Maybe

I didn't read all the pages of this thread but as far as what I've read, no one asked "what can we do to help achieve this goal?". If all of us or most of us will cooperate with the government's move, then it'll happen sooner than expected.
