work is work but at least limpyo na work ang call center agent. dako og sweldo but don't expect a substantial career growth if call center agent ka

I beg to disagree - sa call center dali ka ma promote if i outperform nimo ang mga uban agents and if you gear your actions towards your goal "promotion".
Unlike sa kasagaran company, even if ready na kaayo for the positon but minos kaau ang opportunity, kinahanglan mamatay pa na imong boss ayha ka ma promote.

This is even way better than most jobs..

there's nothing wrong sticking to the job they have right now as CC agent... why practice the profession they studied in college if it couldn't give them the good life?

Is there life after being a call center agent?

example lang dugay na gyud ka sa work example 10 years, meaning imong sweldo pilo pilo na
here comes a new intake, with same skills/ efficiency as you have with less cost to the company.

If you have the time and chance, take the UTURN, kay ang communications skills kay naa rana hangganan.
