ABS-CBN files copyright infringement case against Willing Willie

lol. i used to hate willie during his rift with jobert. karon nagpakita sa ilang kangil-ad ang ABS-CBN especially ilang pagka bitter. lol. now i love willie and watch willing willie every night. haha

I can't blame Abs, nidako mn sd ang ulo ni willie..if i were his boss? ako xa ipatangtang sd ui..i don't need a bad apple in my basket, m.bad apple nya ang uban..hahaha..

We are bound by laws, klaro mn cgro kng knsa ang wa nsunod sa copyright law, right? It's ABS' right to sue them, Willie was ABS' property, so anything Willie made was for ABS, not for himself. Willie does not own his ideas' copyright ky he is working for a company.

Good luck nlng nila duha! di man sd ko madatu kng mdaog sa kaso ang ABS or c willie! hahaha!

Sakto sd about crab mentality, we can blame ABS on that. But, TV5 and Willie is also a good example of copyright infringement. Pero ABS, like anybody in the world, also has rights to uphold and fight for. They're also making an example of upholding your rights as an owner/copyright/property holder. Let's just not forget who broke the law here in the first place.

Atty. Ray C. Espino, TV5 President, publicly announced his stand on this new case filed by ABS-CBN against TV5 and Willie Revillame. He said, "THE BATTLE FOR WILLIE CONTINUES. NOW COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT RAW. HALLER!!! DIDN'T THE SUPREME COURT DECIDE WAY BACK IN 1999 THAT "THE FORMAT OF A SHOW IS NOT COPYRIGHTABLE" AND THAT "COPYRIGHT DOES NOT EXTENT TO THE GENERAL CONCEPT OR FORMAT" OF A SHOW. MORE IMPORTANT, WILLING WILLIE IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM WOWOWEE. IT'S INCREDIBLE THAT EVEN THE SEGMENT OF DJ COKI IS BEING QUESTIONED!!! HOW DESPERATE."



funny how ABS-CBN claim for "copyright issues" when ang ilang mga salida kay rip off rasad sa mga movies. example Imortal, the local version of Twilight or Underworld whatever hehehe.


bati gyud ang ABS. if they didn't like Willie anymore, siguro enough naman tong na out siya sa network. lol. now he's making waves in another network, gidaot gihapon siya. Bitter ang ABS coz they failed in their first lawsuit against Willie then kini nasad ni follow ang funny nga issue. haha. TV Patrol being suddenly revamped with the comeback of Korina and Nolie was also to beat TV5's rising ratings for that time slot lol.
