sure..... Worship is an act of religious devotion usually directed to one or more deities.
the bible did not prohibit to Honor, is to hold high respect for an individual, as you honor the prophets and muhammad.

not only are they after Christians, their deceptive hooks are all over the water inviting Muslims,Buddhists,Wiccans,Hindus to take the bait.

is this(Hitler n protestantism) another Jesuit propaganda?
and some "i dont say all" muslims too has one definite objective and that is to hasten the arrival or appearance on earth of the Islamic messiah known as the twelfth imam or the mahdi who would usher in a muslim one world order, which is ruled by one muslim man.

It obviously is like that because the FOUNDATION of the church is to do GOOD DEEDS .

How do we differentiate officially sanctioned church actions from the personal actions of its members? Guess the Inquisition, Holy Wars were personal actions too huh? All those Pope's who didn't do good things... I guess they also acted on their own right?
That is expected not only from you but to anyone else to resort to INQUISITION and HOLY WARS but if you also figure out who was behind these activities , it is sufficient enough to answer your question .

That is why Pope John Paul II apologized because these are not suppose to be what the church should be doing .

Para nako... the church is just like any political organization... it is made up of human beings and is prone to error. Church decisions are actually done via committee... whether its the conclave or the CBCP decision... its just a bunch of people with their own little faults and imperfections... its just like politics... pero the problem is that these people claim to speak for a higher divine power... and assert their divine authority over everyone else.
There you go .... CHURCH are the people . It does not make DECISIONS at all but instead from like what you said , the committees . Though they have a guideline to decide for the better good , still mag agad na sa kinsay ga lingkod because not all people which is the church shares the same judgement , personality and opinion .

    @ AMORSOLOX

the church in concept is generally good and for the benifit of mankind... sadly.. those running it are benefiting from mankind..
This is the answer to VIPVIP68 question in one sentence .

I'm a catholic and I believe it is also good to learn and enlighten ourselves some of the dark past of the Church. The articles below have other sources that can be cross referenced for further reading if one wishes to dig deeper. Note the documents are in pdf.

this is the view of a minority group and opposed by Mainstream Islam. unlike the ECUMENICAL MOVEMENT headed by Catholic priests endorsed by the Catholic church. This act is to ensure their leadership role in the coming New World Order. Jesuits pai imo...bahalag unsay means basta ma achieved lang ang end, di ba mao na ilang motto. hehe.

sure it does not prohibit honor but don't cut it right there, cos nowhere in the bible where you can see followers of JESUS kneeling and asking for intercession before wooden statue carved to look like dead prophets. In fact the bible says that Christians should go directly to God in Jesus' name.

For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5

Mary? nah. Santos? nah. Santa? nah.

There's nothing to be surprised of the title. If someone had followed closely the history of the Church one would have known the inquisition which is a common topic of the unfortunate events of the past. The best way is to read the articles I have provided because these are not ordinary run-in-the-mill materials. The author has extensive sources that can be double checked if one wishes to. One of the sources that I am reading now is the Catholic Encyclopedia -which is of course acceptable by the Church, just to check if the author is not fabricating the meat of his story.

and i see Muslim pilgrims circle the Kaaba as part of the Tawaf ritual of the Hajj. Many of them try, if possible, to stop and kiss the Black Stone seven times

    should their apology be enough?

when the roman empire becomes holy roman empire, spain conquered almost half of the world. and thats how christianity reaches the philippines. how it was spread? through WAR.how could that be righteous? so for me, the rcc is that same devil wrap in angelic cloth to fool mankind.
