ni complain ko sa globe last Sept 15 sa costumer service coz my dsl is not working, they said within 48 hours. Abot nalang 3 days wala gihapon, so call ko sa service sa phone a lot of times coz tag 30mins nako hulat wala man gyuy mutubag. Luckily naay ni answer and again this time 24hrs nalang gihatag. 2 days.... again wala. went to ayala and ask if naa bay record sa ako mga complain coz they always say na ila na giemail sa services. Wala daw record so panibago nasad na complain ako gipafile niya. another 3days wala lang gihapon so I went to SM this time and ask again if naa bay record sa ako complains.... its been 2 ka globlines ofc and 3 thru phone pero she said wala daw record. So i asked her name and let her signed in a piece of paper na ni complain ko niya that time and if wala gihapon action I will file a complain na sa DTI or NTC. Nahadlok cguro kay after 2days naa namay technician ni abot, It took me about 18days para maayo and what im waiting is the rebate na ireflect sa bill otherwise they are in trouble.
