    fruit juice fasting was my first fasting way back 2006 til now I do fasting once or even 3 times a month.

    exercise man jud tingali ang ato kinahanglan oi...the more we eat, the more exercise we should try to put in...the more hours we should try to be active...the less we eat, the less exercise is needed....the thing with us is we want those fast-slimming solutions which in the end will never turn out well cause we all gain back the weight we lost with all those shortcut solutions ....
