naa gihapon sya fee the fee is just to compensate for the rent of the area, electricity, tables and chairs gamay ra jud sya na free considering the 3 days of usage and media milage like i said the whole point of this event is to let cebu know that your org/ club is there, share information about our pets and to recrute new members....plus we are going to plan activities for all who join...like best booth set up/theme/ most active org/club etc...

ic... but you also have to consider that most of the dog clubs here in cebu are loosely (or informally) organized... except perhaps to the more established ones like CRV or CSDC... but those other groups like Pug Club, Chi Club, etc are nothing but informal get-together of owners having the same breed of dogs... we dont collect fees from each other to afford us with funds to pay for this kind of gathering... yes it is important for us to recruit members but we prefer doing so without expense, at least as of the moment.

sorry everyone for the delay..... this event will push trough as planned.... everyone is welcome to participate please send me through pm your email address so i can send you a soft copy of the exhibitors proposal and if you have any special requirments, like size for your booth, indoor or outdoor, etc...please include that in the pm so we can address them asap. the standard size for each booth will be 3mX5m.

yes i understand but what i can suggest is if you can team up together with another organization and share the space and costs the standard size we will be giving for the booths are 3mX5m so two can share one booth
