IMO, this project wasn't really a solution to the problem and i don't see any progress made in the affected area.

actually, wala pa pajud ni siya nahuman.......... completed ni siya mga two months after sa opening pa kay kulang pa siya sa mga suga ug ubang safety procedures sa DPWH. Limited time raman gani ang paggamit ani ron og dle 24/7 kay maghuwat pata hantud completed najud ni siya.

patikim jud.. excited nko aning duha..tunnel ug fly over..kinsay naa idea sa flyover sa mambaling? kay mura nkoi feeling dili ni normal na fly over nga from end to end? basin muliko ang fly over padung SRP kay mao mai mga sultix2 sa mga taw?

And hopefully it's the last one to be built in Cebu City. Coz really, flyovers don't have much effect on solving traffic and can also make it worse. We should for a subway system for Cebu City instead of building more and more flyovers. I don't think 4 lane roads don't deserve a 2 lane flyover.
