You know something, Herbalife is a good thing. Just don't go overboard like I did. Because at that time I got anorexic, FOOD was THE ENEMY. That was really scary.

Since you're a student, why don't you try to lose weight the natural way? You know, eating right. Living a healthy lifestyle. Exercise.

I treat Herbalife as a jumpstart. You know, to get the "diet-ing" going. If you've lost weight and reached your target, then just maintain it. If I would ever want to lose weight, I think I would still use Herbalife. For a month, and that's it.

Heartburn is like acid indigestion, and that it also comes with acid reflux... Like the food comes up your throat and you feel like involuntarily puking. It's gross, but you don't actually puke. There's just that warm, sour liquid that rises up your throat... Then you have difficulty breathing-- a pain behind the breast bone, often described as ‘burning’ in quality. But don't worry, there's always Nexium and Zantac... tee hee

Like I said... I have nothing against Herbalife...

Unfortunately, I had anorexia because of the whole idea of "DIET" and peer pressure. So don't get me wrong if my experiences POST-Herbalife is nothing but more disorders. I am also a registered member of the group and I can even get discounts for those who want the products. I can help. But it's all up to the person if they can handle the responsibilities that come with losing weight... and the PRICE!

After all, it is YOUR body.
