mao gani action SLASH sports photography. slash means "OR" diba?

anyway, if you're talking about graduation ceremonies your main concern is capturing the subject at the right time. and if you want to shoot fast then d300s is what you want.

4.5 FPS is NOT enough to capture someone walking in a graduation ceremony?

i never thought D90 had exposure weaknesses to such an extent as to call it a weakness.
Well, let's just say that there are better meters than the D90's. Also, focus on the message and not the word itself. It only means that the exposure is it's weakest link; it's not saying that it's inferior to other model's meters.

sir, i had an F3 with the MD4 grip, with published rate of 6fps, but i still fail to capture those moments id want. i am inclined to think it is lack of skill on my part. that was years ago pa man. so going back to your question, i am not sure impressed with 4.5fps. i am not sure really, i have zero experience on the dark side yet.

i am thinking a d90 plus dedication and passion to learn the art may compensate...pwede kaha sir? like someone posted earlier..."burn the money lagi"

What do u mean that u failed to capture the moment u want? Blurred? If thats d case then its not about the shooting speed but rather of the shutter speed. Kay even with 8fps with a slow shutter speed kay d jud nimo ma capture kay mu blur man jud na. I had a d40 with way slower shooting speed and still was able to capture multiple segments of 1 action. What man jud ang gusto nimo i-shoot?

graduation rites are very slow. even a bridge camera can suffice it. if we talk about fast; its like table-tennis, jai-alai, or badminton.
