hinuon you have a point, but if you have to place it in another POV, a perfect way to avoid that is when everytime you (a motorcycle/automobile user) exit the campus, you have to present your ID, your car registration, your license, and they have to run a check on your profile if you really drive/own the said vehicle, and surrender yourself and your car and have it checked by the security personnel...

imagine that for every car inside the campus... that ain't an easy task...

the best thing to do nalang jud is to go to the appropriate officers, have the school informed about the incident para maAware sila nga it's happening, and hopefully, kill the culprit..

sa TC ang mga mag motor apil sa papaliton ug sticker aron mka sulod, pero luoy tawn kaau ug parkinganan, gubaon ug lapukon. kung mag uwan ang mga motor mgabasa ug ang helmet murag kabo nga napuno sa tubig...bisag tent man lang or trapal wa tawn gi provide... mahal raba au ang sticker mao ra presyo sa sakyanan...
