since my shop is concern here & my personnel.. i want to say something about it.
First of all, we at neo galaxy is open sa customer feed backs & suggestions.. which would to improve our service sa customers.. pero if medyo way off or below the belt na comments. di na tama yun.. a lot of people here sa istorya know me personally. may cases na din before na may pina-alis ako na mga tauhan through customer feedback if proven guilty sila.. but if not, i'll back up my personnel 100% if wala sila sala..
about sa mga personnel: they are train how to accommodate & entertain customers,they are taught about the rules & regulation sa shop, syempre they tend to follow the rules we imply to them. like the rules sa receipt & everything.. like nung sinabi nung thread starter, try feeling up their shoes then tell me what would you do? they are doing their job as a employee..
To some customers: we cannot please everybody, but we are trying are best to serve you well..
To those who reply to this thread with below the belt comments: we get it, you are maybe handsome/beautiful or rich & everything.. but if your mannerism is garbage & your common sense is stored always on your locker room.. your nothing more than a piece of trash.. if you have a problem with my personnel or my shop.. you can visit us there, confront me personally rather than hiding in the monitor of your computer..
