supplements are supplements. that's exactly their purpose. they are not a magical pill that will transform you to somebody you see in bodybuilding magazine or website. you need to eat real good food, period.

ON Whey Casein - before going to bed
ON Creatine 750mg - post workout
Fish Oil - before bed/first meal/post workout
Fern C - post workout/every meal
I've tried using Amino Acid 2222 before.![]()
