Rape is a violation of your person, not of chastity BUT person. its a lame excuse that you will forego legal actions because of promise of marriage and love. TS... i have a few questions for you

TS.. you're talking of rape, this is a heinous crime, punishable by reclusion perpetua to death.
IMHO... your demeanor is contrary to human behavior or behavior of rape victims.

Rape victims are so traumatized that after the incident they will fear the perpetuator or shiver in their presence... most keep their silence when a is treat to life and limb of the victim or their family is involve. (this however was not stated in your post)

RAPE is a private crime, there are only two persons involve, the victim and the rapist. so wala gyud witness.

How will the court of law decide? through the behavior of the victim after the incident, are there changes in her behavior, in her dealings with other people or to the victim?

Did she immediately tell her family or relatives about what happened?

The rape thing, when did it happen? the time or days lapse before you posted you question here?
Aside from posting here in istorya, did you tell other people of what happened?
