i have to agree. we have arbitrary definition of what is "indecent". and yes, the funds can be better spent elsewhere.

and i have to add, this agency serves as another venue for some holier-that-thou to grandstand "moral purity".

I don't agree with you. Do you see any women dancing on the beach the way they dance on the bar floor? There is a difference the way women wear their bikinis. The women on the beach wear it because they want men to appreciate the beauty of their bodies in a decent way while the women on the bar dances to attract customer for pleasure or money in an indecent way. Now, do you see the difference?

I will give another example. Kiss your girl in public in a very decent - I think you know how to do that. But try to kiss your girlfriend passionately in a prolong period of time with a matching exchange of tongue sucking etc., etc. That would now constitute as an indecent act because it no longer follow the norm of decent kissing - in public. Of course, in private - do whatever you want to your girl hehehehe....

I have seen people in America kiss passionately, and no one cares. But here in the Philippines its indecent? So you are saying its SOCIETAL NORMS that determine what is indecent or not.

Which makes it harder for CAIB! We are a multi-cultural society. I want a list of all things that are indecent to this current administration.
