but right , we could have aplied it with ondoy, but it was once in every 50 yrs, nobody did expecte such to hapen.

He proposes to do it is by pumping cooler water from the deep to the surface.

this stuff will be considered a necessity in the future we really need it .

and its just one of the alternative there will be more ways to stop storms.
