if you have no intention to marry again, then separation will do, otherwise you need an annulment
if you have no intention to marry again, then separation will do, otherwise you need an annulment
Hello,
My friend needs help with her annulment. She's been mistreated by her ex-husband physically, mentally, and emotionally, even when they are not living together anymore. She wants to seek annulment, but she doesn't really have huge funds for it. Can someone advise me the following?
1. How much is the cheapest annulment?
2. How do you get an annulment?
3. Can someone recommend us a good lawyer (better unta if probono) for the annulment case?
I am welcome to suggestions, but please no advertising of your services here. I just need names and addresses of offices and we'll be the one to contact.
Thanks.
you have to file a case
that requires money... that is money given to the court not to the attorney...
you can go to PAO( Public attorney's office) they give free legal counsel.
you need ground for annulment... like the husband has another girl, psychological, among others.
you can also go to the PNP women's desk and file abuse charges against the husband.
There is now a law against abuse of women.
Does this mean if you are at peace with your ex-wife you cannot file for an annulment? What if you simply just don't want to stay married anymore?

i think that's one reason why we dont have divorce here...because once you're married, you cant just be "un-married" simply because you no longer want to stay married.![]()
our family lawyer told me, mugasto daw 200t para mgpa-annul..
she told me dat katong pdung ko mgminyo. she asked me if sure ba ko, kay mahal raba mgminyo. if di ka sure, live in lng sa daw.. tsk tsk...
dont waste ur money on the marriage, which after mugasto nsad mo og annulment.. very mahal!!
di man jud pwede mag advertise ang mga lawyers sa ila services, that is a violation of their Legal Ethics. There is no such thing as "cheapest annulment" unless the lawyer knows the real story because it is only by that time that the lawyer can assess how much time or effort is needed to charge the client. This is what they call "quantum meruit". It is difficult to get probono for annulment cases, i tell you. I can recommend you a good lawyer but please tell me first where mo dapit sa cebu? so that i can give you directions to their office.
hahahha!korek! miss nadine.. why bother to marry the guy tapos makipag anull ka? if ur not sure about him as what you've said na u dont love him.. then yaw na pag minyo.. ga ulaw ulaw ka lang saimong dungog.ganhan lugar ka nga ug maminyo ka,wala ng work inyo reltionshp`?faetss! maympag wa..LMAO!
