    I give my children only vitamin D and omega 3. I ordered them from Canadian pharmacy. These are some of the most necessary for the child's body. At the expense of other vitamins, it is necessary to take tests before use. It is better to give more fresh vegetables and fruits, the body will take all the vitamins from healthy food.

    Default Kids and Supplements

    Certain nutrients are deemed essential for kids but do not give them just immediately... Wait until four years of age.
    Also, keep in mind, supplements are not an alternative to organic food.
    Coming back to vitamins and supplements, Vitamin A keeps the eyes, skin, and bones healthy; Fiber keeps the digestive system smooth; B vitamins keep the nervous system and heart healthy. There are several other nutrients like Omega 3 and probiotics; each of these nutrients has a role to play.
