10 years ago to the day, today. jagged little pill was released.

my first foray and formal hello to people outside of canada and my first formal hello to a part of me under wraps prior to writing those songs,

my own uncensored self-expression (that continues to peel away--just when i think i'm so authentic, i see another layer.. and so on and so on...


just wanted to thank those of you who have come to the shows on this jagged little pill acoustic anniversary tour.

it is less about jagged little pill's process being any different than any other songs that have been written between now and then... and more about marking the time when a new passage as an artist and human being began.


i think the part of this 'tip of the hat' that is the most profound for me is how i feel when i am in a room with you.

your love is so strong and real--and i feel your being so present..and i'm letting it in more than i ever have.


thank you to those of you who have come on the full journey of the last ten years...


i feel so blessed to be alongside you during your own personal journey and i feel deeply blessed to be able to use my gifts and share moments of my journey with you in a way that can offer whatever it does to you.
