facts? when you are showing partial stats that support your thoughts and beliefs that is not FACTS!

    here's an example...

juan dela cruz has a 1.000 3-pt shooting percentage (1/1)in basketball for an entire season while kobe bryant only has .500 3-pt shooting percentage (50/100) for that same season. will you tell me that the fact here is juan dela cruz is a better 3-pt shooter than kobe bryant?

this is just the same when people try to use the bible simply by picking out cetain lines, phrases, verses to support what they want to believe..either to prove or disprove something..with complete disregard of the context of what was said, when it was said, etc.

supposed to contradict each other, yet they go hand in hand.

And in countries where there is no belief in a God, there's also poverty and war.
name some. i'm not saying NO poverty nor war, less prevalent.

It would be interesting to see that statistic. Yes, there are many kinds of bad people everywhere we look, but that doesn't diminish the validity of the Christian faith.
i've seen a chart somewhere. IQ vs religiosity, crime vs. religiosity, etc...from:here
    [/EMAIL]
    31.4% - Catholic
    28% - Protestant
    19.7% - None/Refused/Other
    7.6% - Muslim/Islamic
    2.5% - Native American
    1.5% - Rastafarian
    1.4% - Jewish
    1.39% - Church of Christ
    1.1% - Pentecostal
    1.1% - Moorish
    0.9% - Buddhist
    0.7% - Jehovah's Witness
    0.6% - Adventist
    0.4% - Orthodox
    0.3% - Mormon
    0.2% - Scientology
    0.16% - Atheist
    0.12% - Hindu
    0.12% - Santeria
    0.01% - Sikh
    0.009% - Bahai
    0.007% - Krishna

Among Christian denominations, the following were studied:

Catholic, Protestant, Church of Christ, Pentecostal, Mormon, Jehovah's Witness, Adventist, Orthodox

Which religions had a proportionally equal amount of prison inmates?
    Jewish:
    Prison: 1.37% - 1.48%
    General: 1.28% - 1.45%
    Santeria:
    Prison: 0.068% - 0.184%
    General: 0% - 0.09%
    Bahai:
    Prison: 0% - 0.068%
    General: 0% - 0.123%
    Sikh:
    Prison: 0% - 0.073%
    General: 0% - 0.11%

Which religions had a proportionally lower amount of prison inmates?
    Christian:
    Prison: 64.15% - 64.26%
    General: 76.56% - 76.73%
    Hindu:
    Prison: 0.0699% - 0.19%
    General: 0.29% - 0.45%
    Atheist:
    Prison: 0.11% - 0.23%
    General: 0.35% - 0.52%

    >> While the amount of atheists among the prison population is proportionally lower than the amount recorded among the general population, this only show there are less atheists in prison. Furthermore, they do not have the correlational strength between these two variables and cannot assume any kind of a causal connection. If we were to have correlational data that showed a strong relationship between these two variables then we could conclude that they were somehow related, although this would not alone tell us what was causing the relationship.

And did he act as if there was a God? No, he acted as if there was no God, as if there's no value to human life at all, as if *he* was God and that he can do with his enemies as he please. That's not only a worse example of a Christian, but that's the very contradiction of the name
please read your history. exterminating them jews was according to him was god's bidding. his cause, is gods cause. and you're telling me he's an atheist. please note, that your christian brothers in the academe accepted him as a christian...a BAD one, that is.
