I did not say I will be the one to judge you. Its God! And it depends who recognize as God. If you recognize the Christian God, then I dont know. But when your God is the God that you want to believe whoever it is. Then you can say you wil be saved. But from what are you going to be saved?

Humans can't live more that 200 gregorian calendar years to bear witness to the real events of the past.

Even the bible has been translated from one language to another.Â* An such translations aint free of errors.

Guidance of the holy spirit? Yes! Anybody could claim that.
God's will? Yes again! anybody could say that.

Any human being, or others call it homo sapiens, out from his/her limited knowledge and understanding could say that he/she is doing god's will or being guided by the holy spirit.
We all only have limited capacity to understand. We haven't even gone to the edge of our galaxy.

In the time of Herod, will you not be worshiped as god or otherwise called a devil or an alien if you carry a Nokia N90 and riding an ATV all the way to golgotha to witness the crucifixion?
Or maybe riding a helecopter and hovering over jerusalem during that time?

My point here is respect. Let's respect each other's beliefs.

At the end, it is you and nobody else who is accountable of your soul, that is if you believe you have a soul.
You will answer to your every deed in front of your God, that is if you believe there is God.

    Bible a myth?

    Consider these:
The existence of David -In 1993 Avraham Biran, an archaeologist at Hebrew Union College, discovered an ancient Aramean inscription at the biblical city of Dan in northern Israel. The inscription dates from the ninth century BC, and it bears the name "David."

Now the biblical account goes like this: The kings of Israel and Judah were at war with each other. The king of Judah, fearing defeat, took the gold and silver from the Temple and used it to bribe the king of the Arameans to come fight on his side. The Arameans agreed. They took Judah's gold, attacked Israel—and captured the Israelite city of Dan [I Kings 15:16-22]. The inscription at Dan proves otherwise. It mentions the Aramean victory over Israel—and refers specifically to the king of Israel and the "House of David."

ANd how about Christ crucifiction? These are the evidence to support Christ cruxifixion:

    1. The Roman emperor Hadrian had just subjugated Judea after the Second Jewish Revolt. Hadrian was determined to impose Roman religion upon the Judeans. After destroying the Jewish synagogues in Jerusalem, he then turned his attention to the Christians. What better way to squelch this upstart religion than to obliterate its holy places? The site of Christ's crucifixion and resurrection was known and venerated by Christians at the time. So Hadrian concealed the site under a massive concrete platform and built a temple to the pagan god Zeus on top of it.

Nearly two centuries later the tables turned: The emperor Constantine converted to Christianity. He decided to build a magnificent church in Jerusalem to commemorate Christ's crucifixion and resurrection—and he insisted that the church be built upon the actual site. When Constantine's architects arrived in Palestine, Christians pointed them to Hadrian's temple, which marked the very spot.

The builders set to work demolishing the pagan temple. Sure enough, underneath they found the ancient quarry called Golgotha—and nearby, the remains of the tomb of Christ. Today, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem's Old City still marks the actual site of the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ. You see, the early Christians knew their faith was rooted in historical events. They built churches throughout the Holy Land for precisely that reason—to mark the actual location

    2. The Gospels say that Jesus was tried before the high priest Caiaphas, and then was taken to the procurator of Judea, Pontius Pilate. The tomb of the Caiaphas family was recently discovered in Jerusalem. Inside were the very bones of the infamous high priest mentioned in the Gospels. As for Pontius Pilate, a first-century inscription discovered at Caesarea confirms that he was indeed procurator of Judea from 26-36 AD. In addition, the second-century Roman historian Tacitus confirms that Christianity was founded by a man named Christus, whom he says was "put to death as a criminal by Pontius Pilate, procurator of Judea, in the reign of Tiberius."

    Still another one. . .

Archaeologists digging in the rubble of the Near East have made a remarkable discovery about King David of Old Testament times. What they uncovered was a rock fragment inscribed with an ancient text referring to "the House of David," a phrase used for the ruling dynasty founded by King David. The rock appears to be a victory monument erected by a Syrian king nearly 3,000 years after a battle described in the book of First Kings. What makes the finding so significant is that it's the first reference to King David or his royal family ever found outside the pages of the Bible. And it provides new external evidence for the historical reliability of the Bible.

What does all this mean for us? It demonstrates that our faith is based squarely upon the acts of God in human history. The God of the Bible is a personal—yet infinite—God who became a man to walk among us and to redeem us. That's why Christian thinker Francis Schaeffer refers to "the God who is there" who "acts in history, answers prayers, and gives men reality in their lives."

Forgive me brother but i just want to site this as an example.

you respond to my post by saying
    Bible a myth?
If you read my post again, never was the bible mentioned or referred to as a myth.

    Instead what i posted was
Events became history. History became legend. Legend became myth.
Then again, humans are not perfect and misinterpretations occur from time to time. May it be due to language barrier or cultural incompatibility or even scientific principle.

If these misinterpretations and errors are not rectified, such information will be handed from generation to generation until after thousands and millions of years, when these events now become a history or a myth, those who live on that era will simply believe that the said history or myth is correct.

korek ka tamblot...when the letters in the bible were extracted by archaelogists/theologists, they ONLY retrieved approximately 85% of it's integrity -- meaning orig contents of the author's written scripts, the remaining 15% is being interpreted by the archaeologist/theologist who found it...now there would be a BIG difference in the understanding of the decoder compared to the author trying to imply a different meaning...that's why I DON'T LISTEN MOST OF THE TIME SA MGA BIBLE CONTENTS ky d ko cgurado sa iya integrity....it's better to use my common sense, commit mistakes (which im bound since im ONLY human) in dealing life and when my time comes to face whatever u call the person who created this forsaken place we live....i'll explain my side, im pretty sure he/she will listen..im not asking for pity, mercy....just his attention while im explaining....

Forgive me brother but im supposed to answer your questions

Cynic believe they can explain everything.Â* They thought they are more wiser than God.Â* May I ask you, who gave you intelligence?
Which aspect do you want me to base my answer, biblical or scientific?
Biblical: Psalm 111:10 - "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom"
Scientific: Intelligence is gained through some of this process: observation, experience and reading of tons of info materials that were compiled and handed from generation to generation. Does Herod know during his time that Nokia N93 has already an integrated Wireless LAN (802.11b/g)?

    Can you produce yourself?
Biblical: with the grace of God, yes.
Scientific: Human reproduction has three phases: mating, pregnancy and birth.

Can you make yourself exists on your own effort?
Biblical: Psalm 127:1 - "Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain." The answer is No.
Scientific: Human exist in this planet just for a given span of time much like of the dinasaurs.Â* In due time, humans may mutate into or be replaced by a different creature.Â* By the way, does Herod know during his time that the T-Rex is the most ferocious among the dinasaur specie?

Can you will things to happen on your own will?
Biblical: All things happen because of God's will and great plans.
Scientific: Humans are so minute in this galaxy that he cannot control every aspect of the environment in which he is in.Â* Meteor showers for example. Its there. When it enter's earth atmosphere and is able to hit the ground, man can only wait and see.Â* During the time of Herod, is meteor shower considered as meteor shower or punishment of god?

You just got bones and muscles and all and then you are proud of what you have to the point of sounding like all knowing?
Are you asking me? I admit, i dont know everything.Â* I just even know that Nokia has already N93 to be released 3rd quarter this year.

You have a limited capacity to understand you say.Â* Thanks for the admission.
Because of my limited knowledge, i seek to know and learn more. You are very much welcomed brother.

It shows you are a lesser creature than God.
Correct me if i'm wrong, your statement is comparing me to God, I'm just a creature, God isn't.

We say we are guided by the Holy Spirit because we have felt its there.Â* You cannot understand this things.
You are not me so don't tell me i cannot understand as if you are me.Â*

For me the bible is still the inerrant word of God.
In its original form and language, yes.

As Jesus said, "if you are not with me, you are against me."
    Amen!! to that brother.

    Have a great day!
