let me ask you this,

if indeed ear cropping is a violation to your so called RA 8485, then why do vets (licensed animal doctor),
still continue to do this goree operation? if indeed you got guts to report to this to any of that organization, why dont you start reporting those couple vets known to do good job on ear cropping,
