I'm targeting 180lbs by the end of Feb unta pero i think it's impossible na. it's been 2 weeks na i'm stuck in this weight, 170 might be possible pa. anyway, i shifted my program to 5x5. Cutting nasad this March, target weight will be 160lbs

applicable gihapon na bro, just dont mind the time i specified. right after you wake up, that's basically where you start your day, everything must be organized and according to plan. meals every 3hrs, workout, etc. then the rest goes on...
