AFAIK, When I went there last December gi-stop man nila ila hiring. D=

I hope naa maka-sulti sa ato kung hiring na ba ang Qualfon. XD

d ta mgthink kay crisis lagi go lang ta daun sa company na naay sweldo.. lagi crisis.. but lets think twice before applying, ang stability sa company, if they pay there employees well, as well as the management if fair ba sila mo treat if they value their people.. in the first place, wlay company kung way manpower, so they should value their workers.. with the comments ninyu guys, unfair au ui d mu sweldoan ug tarung dn kamu nag trabaho mug tarong .. paita.. .. unfair ra.. bati bitaw ng qualfon.. good thing g away nako ilang hr.. i still remember her face.. hilas ra au.. hmm mura baya kinsa.. awayon bitaw.. dah tagam.. .. as of the moment hapi ko skong company.. relax ra.. apply namu.. grabe sad ning QUALFON OISt...akong gf kay pioneering(may 15, 2006 if not mistaken)hangtod karon 500 rajud ang increase...unsa ni nga clase nga company....BIR regulation is 10% increase every year...then ngano mani nga company wla man mo follow......hahay,,,kung dili pa crisis lami kaayo paundangon oist akng GF oist...

sir based on your comment, wow... naa man dyud regulations from BIR... well if ing-ana dyud mo ka suko... have you tried telling or asking help from BIR anyways, if you dont like the company... better quit nalang... at least though your gf has a job... ang uban intawon... nangita pa...

i've heard not just from qualfon alone nga naa dyud taw hilas pud... pero is it true nga nitagam ang HR when you quarel up the HR? cool... so what happened really happened?

am happy for your side nga happy ka at sykes... pero as usual... do you think happy na dyud ka dinha? coz i believe 100% that there are people from sykes who's already happy with their life at qualfon and that goes vice versa with other companies as well.

well that's not new... mas paet pa gani kahimtang sa mepz... daghan nawala trabaho... at least call centers are not that affected pa...

i've got direct sources (agents & some staff) at qualfon that told me qualfon is getting good, and that they are happy that agents with attitude problem are resigning at last... well we always have the pros and cons...

naa pud ko friend dinha who left nga dagko kaayo ug utang sa mga tawo... well of course i still consider her as a friend though...

same as other companies... naa dyud tawo nga dili ganahan... and naa pud ganahan... naa pud problems with company... naa pud problems with the persons personality.

so... what's your story why say wala klaro ang qualfon? and why leave? who's your direct superior? share naman why wala klaro... thanks.

wla na ga hiring karn ang qual k puno na...apil na ang training room pra ma accommodate ang mga agents pra take ug calls...

kinda true that we are sucky sometimes...but i love my job...bwahaha...


dnt knw f y naa pa na mga gen 1 or mga karaang taw sa qual nga utro man pud na cla mo sulti ug bati sa company (including me of kors.haha...)
