tama yung isang nag-post regarding small claims court, di na kailangan lawyer. gamitin mu lang evidence yang bounced check. court na mag-order sa kanya para bayaran ka. punta ka lang sa pinakamalapit na mtc, tanong ka sa clerk of court.
