18-200mm is a general purpose lens, light, travel lens. btw, im selling my 18-200mm sigma 8 months old at 15k

i just got my canon 70-200mm f4L... suberb quality, tried to add extender 1.4x, works well.

adding 1.4x extender sa 4L....so that will perform at its best around f/8 to f/11...right?...so not really good for night /lowlight condition... Originally Posted by creerii

First off I have never used the Sigma 18-200. Though I have been
tempted too.
I just thought otherwise after reading the reviews from photozone.de
and others. Especially after seeing the messy blurriness of areas
outside the DOF. I'd rather stick with Canon's trusty 18-55 kit lens.
Sigma is still a good brand and as all lens makers they have their
hits and misses. I'm doing well with Sigma's 17-70 f2.8-4.5.
But an 18-200 lens would be great to bring to events as well as travel.
And in that the Canon 18-200 version sounds promising.

naa ko nakit an dri canon na 18-200 mm ok man kaau isa shots though gamit sya 580ex

hmmm... tempting (napud) ning 18-200 da...
pero sa isa nabasahan nko na-review, dili daw siya kaayo nindot ug IQ... pero I dunno...
must test to find out

Sigma has a new 18-250 stabilized lens...it should arrive tomorrow, exited nako maka test adto niya...
la pa man ko nakitan review sa net but i have high hopes for it hehe...
