don't confuse yourself, go with the basic and i suggest html. One way or another, you'll end up using it.

Allright ive read most of the post here because I too have done a bit of self study, but the question is "Can u give us a School in which you get good training or learn these languages"? Or someone offering Partime teaching? I have a lot of books but want to interact with someone that have great teaching skills and teach students the right way of development.
I have talked to some friends in the field, a bit discouraging, i hear there are some training centers where student know more than teachers. I also have a separate post that asks if there are any good training centers but get the same answer " self study " I get it and ive done that - it does help because ive designed sites that way but for people learning including me it is great to interact with someone that know what they are talking about and truly know the course, especially if they have good teaching skills and methods.
So are there any schools or good training centers in Cebu?
Yes and NO - name of school , phone no. will help and why ( thats all u have to answer ) becuase I sense , Zichel the original poster is getting confused where to start, how to start, let alone understand all the languages and terminology.
