    They were promoted for they deserve to be promoted. They have the figures to brag. Comcast is a performing/expanding account. paspas kaayo ang promotion, TLT after 8-9 months on the floor. I pitty those agents na kusog kaayo manaway, bisag pila na katuig sa BPO industry and after countless companies, agent lang gihapon kay the best thing that they do is .......hate...

    Thanks for all the feedbacks guys.. actually, this thread was started last year pa. I am already 1 year with Comcast, ecare, that's chsi/CDV-- I've gone through all of the things that you have said-- hope the account gets better!

    ^^^Comcast is getting better, stronger and bigger. adding more teams next year (new waves are already in training). I guess we have to promote agents again from the floor for TL and FS position. Work on your stats, pips! hehe
