Ang voiced na account sa Comcast (TechProv) ang naa sah Banawa. Hmmmm, nuon pud. Walah paman sad mih maabot sah point na nahilas mih even if kameh toh ang 1st 4 team na nisugod sah cable. Soooo, depende rapud cguroh na sa tao. Naa man jui mga tao na d mapugngan ang kadagkoh sah uloh. Cheyah!

Nah, sis/bro if naa kay plano mubalhin. ayaw nlng jd tawn padayuna. Not unless ghahan ka ma pareha sa mga taw sa Comcast ( sa maigo lang, not all). hahaha. No kidding bro/sis, guys from chat support speak very poor english. Trust me, even TLs, FS and some QAs. Goodness!!! wa ko katoo, and di ko katoo hantud karon. Pay? ok ra, but murag ni stricto cla ron 4 CXs an hour, dapat 2 chat windows pirmi. Nya ang mga bag.o nga TL kay kuwang nlng mo kiss sa lubot sa mga OM. Bhala makamatay ang issues, dapat 2 windows jd. If gnahan ka, then go for it. Good luck.

They were promoted for they deserve to be promoted. They have the figures to brag. Comcast is a performing/expanding account. paspas kaayo ang promotion, TLT after 8-9 months on the floor. I pitty those agents na kusog kaayo manaway, bisag pila na katuig sa BPO industry and after countless companies, agent lang gihapon kay the best thing that they do is .......hate...

Thanks for all the feedbacks guys.. actually, this thread was started last year pa. I am already 1 year with Comcast, ecare, that's chsi/CDV-- I've gone through all of the things that you have said-- hope the account gets better!

^^^Comcast is getting better, stronger and bigger. adding more teams next year (new waves are already in training). I guess we have to promote agents again from the floor for TL and FS position. Work on your stats, pips! hehe

On contraire, Comcast is one of CVG's great accounts. It's not true that it is a relaxed account why because of a lot of Metrics to pass every month. But a chat support is better than voice because you don't get yelled by customers and you can chit chat with your team mates while handling customer, and you can listen to music played by the t.l's station.
