I guess I don't need to quote john_yo's sentiments again. You already pointed out my points.

@john_yo
So you mean OT me tanan?
@john_yo:
Your concerns has long been answered even before you raised it up. Was there any sexual or violent content in those commercials? Are commercials racist? Do they promote the use of prohibited drugs? Immorality? Lack of values? Wala man siguro. The regulating body has some guidelines to follow and I don't think these people are that dumb to allow commercials that would greatly affect and give people the wrong impressions (just like the kids which are of your concern). If you're scared that your child pick up the wrong information, then it's already up to you as a parent to correct it. Ayaw na ug salig sa commercials or sa regulating body because if that's the case, then schools would all be useless, sa commercials na lang patan-awn ang mga bata kay sakto na man tanan (kidding on this line). 1>2 is just a very small piece of the puzzle and to think when you go to college, 1 is really greater than 2 (not unless if you go to CIT). Your concerns has long been answered before you raised it up. Take note of the real purpose of advertisements. Advertisements are there to attract attention more than to educate kids.
ang best commercial na nahimo na Pilipinas so far, IMO, kay katung "Karen Po"

what can you say about this guys... can we make the difference?[/QUOTE]
i agree to your opinion john! i actually find most of the filipino advertisements nowadays to be cheesy and lame. one example is frenzy condoms with a tag line "get into it"
porbida gyud!
