fit n' right is a fruit juice by del monte and it has L-carnatine as the active main ingridient to for fat burning. recomended dosage for a day sa fit n' right is 3 times a day. but bro i dont think the L-carnatine in fit n' right is gamay kau...

I was 243 pounds some 23 days ago and I am now 225, net loss of 18 lbs..I dont feel anything man, I do drink fit n right at times but I dont think it helps...I do free weights 20-30 minutes first thing in the morning dayon 30-60 minutes of walking right after then I eat breakfast, kasagaran sabaw lang ug isda, less rice nya more fruits, veggies and liquids...layo pa ko sa ako ideal weight which is around 150, but plano nako I'll get there by November
