den ordinary overhead filter nlng gamitun and ofkors naa jud skimmer mas maayo ang protein skimmer na pump driven mas effective kay mao mana sila mukuha ug urine sa isda. then pag ma evaporate ang water add lng tap water and kanang no chlorine. and pde lng gali po2 imu i feed sa mga fishes. di ko expert so mga experts pls correct or add nlng

@zerk & soggy naa ko extra protein skimmer used this sauna ut karn wa nko nag salt2x so wlay gamit standby ra maybe gus2 ka mu borrow i think for 75 or 100 gals. ni xa. free ra ang pa borrow diay basta tarunga lng sad ug dala hehe wlay fee, basta kapwa hobbyist

I've talk to this guy at manalili.. pero he said that to just get water from the pier.. that problably where he got the water for sale... :P not clean.

I think seawater from cordova or anywhere where's its further from the pier would suffice.. it's not like ni manila.

Ngano mangita man ug actual na tubig sa dagat gyud ? You can use a regular fresh water and mix with salt made just for salt water tanks and whatever medicines it needs to be a safe water for the marine fishes .

hi guys just want to share this marine tank. this was mine a year 1/2 ago.

this is a fish only tank...unya shock gyd ko kay 1 year na wla change water cge lng botang ug fresh water para dili mo paratÂ* kay ang fresh water raman ang mo evaporate ana ang salt magpa bilin man. Kabaw pako na ma bohi ra diay bisang wla ilis2 ug water dili unta ko cge palit ug salt sa una so dili ta kaayo to gasto. Unya naa sad ko lain na friend na iya marine tank bilin niya kay toa na sa USA poyo 1 yr and 5 months na karon to be exact wla sad change water bohi lng gihapon ang mga fish.

marine fish keeping doesn't have to be for the rich only, you can do it on a budget

    http://www.current-usa.com/aquapods.html

24 gallon aquapod with everything you need, filtration, lighting(even includes lunar light) for about 160 USD=8000pesos
and despite what you hear, you won't be needing a chiller for the philippines..as long as you situate your aquarium sensibly. philippine temperatures are quite stable all year round..

now if only this would be available locally and at a similar price...
