James Bond fans (myself included) will be disappointed by the film because it lacks the elements in the classic James Bond movies such as the suave 007, gadgets, and the evil chick who J.B. always bangs. Casting Daniel Craig as J.B. was highly criticized by James Bond fans because of his physique. But I guess it's just how movies evolve. People want more action nowadays.

Conclusion: Don't expect the new James Bond movies (with Craig) to be the same as the classic ones.

If you watch this and not watching the Casino Royale first you all end up whining kai sumpay ramn ni ang story.

you are right on the money bro. Daniel Craig(fagot!) was a big mistake. Would have been better to give it to Clive Owen or some other actor that is at least 6 feet tall.

my 2-cents..... even tho i havent seen QOS and forgotten the plot of CR.....

DC was chosen kay he seems to embody the JB of Ian Fleming..... it seems that in the past Hollywood sculpted a JB that is just a fancy version of Ian's character - usually depicted in his books as a human spy capable to bleed, capable to control his urges and avenge (vengeance seems to be the main storyline here in QOS)..... and i think this is what the writers in the current revival of the genre are attempting.....

Bond is a Brit - have ya seen Brit guys? Look at Prince Charles & Mr Bean hehehehe - probably a JB should luk like DC being an experienced spy and holding the 007 norm.....

I appreciate DC being the first non-smoking JB. He insisted in the set that he will not be smoking in the films........
