Janina San Miguel: Well, my family's role for me is so important b'coz there was the wa- they're, they was the one who's... very... Hahahaha... Oh I'm so sorry, Ahhmm... My pamily... My family... Oh my god... I'm... Ok, I'm so sorry... I... I told you that I'm so confident... Eto, Ahhmm, Wait... Hahahaha, Ahmmm, Sorry guys because this was really my first pageant ever b'coz I'm only 17 years old and ahahaha I, I did not expect that I came from, I came from one of the top 10. Hmmm, so... but I said that my family is the most important persons in my life. Thank you.

[color=navy]She's just 17 years old, just fresh out of high school. Based on her profile, the only pageant she joined prior to the Binibining Pilipinas is an University of the East pageant. It's easy to understand for her to lose her confidence and composure, since she doesn't have the experience and wit to deal with such an event.

If one needs to cast blame, one shouldn't cast it on her for being there but on those who allowed her to be there.

So what's with the screening committee of the Binibining Pilipinas? If they do not wish for their organization to lose credibility, or be ridiculed for losing their prestige in the face of this fiasco... they should impose more stricter measures in selection of candidates pero yata habol dito is quantity rather than quality of "beauty".
