its not what you know, but WHO you know ehhe
wow! i like this topic...daghan kau ko ma share.
i learned from work:
- yes, friends are temporary
- you might never have a friend
- you might lose a friend
- you will always be alone
- if you are new, or mubo kag rank...you will always be boss around
- people will never acknowledge you when you do something right...pero all eyes on you when you do somthing wrong...(human nature)
- its so easy to lose peoples trust on you...and when it happens, sori nlng...mura kag walay trabaho didto.
- you will never be treated important or part of the team.
- a smile will never be recognize.....
But i have learned (from myself):
- kinsa silaim not working for you...i will be working for money! hehehe
- be responsible with your job, but dont overload with work.
- absent!!!! dili btaw ko importante! hehehe :P
- absent!!!! im not paid enough to do my job
- director or dakox2 ka!!! so? im not scared of you!
- if manaway sila sa imo trabaho...so? can they do better?
- smilesweldohan ko sa ako smile
bahala sila!
- dakox2: "been there done that"..... ha!!!!! wala lng ka kaybaw!
pero this i learned from a friend of mine sa trabahoan...too bad wala na siya...
- working is not a learning environment...
being empathic..
being able to deal with all kinds of ppl, value of money, dont trust anybody.
i just realized that most of us are working for call centers...
and many here are talking about the same call center...
what i learned from my job?
- my grade school younger brother has better grammar than this freakin QA. and the only reason why he is QA is becoz he was QA on a totally different line of work before. damn.. even my dog speaks better english! sh*t!!!
- IT people here are much more concerned at tracking down people using friendster than fixing these stupid pc problems. even once, this stupid IT guy saw me using Yahoo IM.. checked on proxies and all.. gave him my pc, my mouse, even when i was on call.. gave him all the time he wanted.. and he didn't have a clue what was going on and left with out sh*t what the hell i did to make YIM work. real stupid!!!
Hopefully, it will endOriginally Posted by Poor_Prince23

And oh.. I forgot..
I've been here 360 days long.. and everyday.. I learn to hate my job even more.
And like what most of you said.. this makes me feel really stupid..
And what's keeping me here is the money. It's all about the money.. which I think is not even enough for the sh*t I have to put up with!
i've learned how to dodge advances from DOM supervisors. hahay!
I learn to join lots of websites and chatrooms! hehehe![]()
i learned that i have something to give din pala..i learn to value my self ( weird no?)...i learned that i really need to take care of myself in order to keep my job...most of all, i learned hard work, backpains and the value of an 8-hour sleep..
