I think this is getting off topic but anyways:
OT: HSDPA is the new 3G technology replacement of UMTS. These are both called 3G by Globe and Smart but actually in a more technical manner, HSDPA is call or termed as 3.5G

UMTS = 384kbps
HSDPA = 1.4mbps

HSDPA is downward compatible and will work with UMTS phones thats why people right now can video call and surf the internet on their mobile phones at 384kbps speed na. (ONLY FOR 3G enabled phones)

But imagine if you are using an HSDPA phone surfing at 1.4mbps..

A Brief History:

1998 - Bosch 908 (Nag save up ko para palit ani since hapit na internship ato. Lisod na mabitin hehehe)
2002 - Nokia 6150 (The only nokia I truly fell in love with. For whatever reasons, wa sad ko kasabot. hehehe. Abot pa ni ug 14k sa una)
2003 - Nokia 2110 (Got it from my Globe plan, didn't stay on my hands as I disposed of it right away as I have my 6150 anyway). Middle of the year, handed down the 6150 to my little sister and I got myself an Ericsson t65i (got it from a friend for 2k at that time. Nalingaw ko kay way lain naa ani nga model that time.). Disposed it and got myself a SAP 1 before the year ended.
2004 - SE P800i (Sort of my gift to myself that year for doing good "nah!"). Gipul-an man sa SAP so gidispose. Balhin ug Symbian kay mao man ang IN ato na time.
2005 - SE P910i (Upgrade). Very impressed with Symbian gihapon ko ani na time.
2006 - Stayed with my P910 but then got another SAP 1 as I rekindled my fondness for MS WinCE phones again. My love for symbian waned at this point since there was so little development going on while WinCE has shown tremendous potential on its own merits.
2007 - I have totally gone to the dark side of MS. Na disappoint gyud ko sa P990 mao wa na ko nag upgrade. O2 XDA II (HTC Himalaya) and still holding on to my SAP 1. The P910 got sidelined na ani na time. Upgraded to an XDA Atom by mid year but then Atom got busted (ouch my pockets!). Balik na sad XDA II. Got an XPhone II at the same time the Atom got busted since ang SAP gipangayo na man sa ako utol. Then just last November, upgraded to HTC Hermes/Cingular 8525/Imate Jas Jam. And so far I am one very satisfied customer.

Fortunately or unfortunately, I am still eyeing to get myself the Kaiser ug makaluy-an.
