    mas maau cguro mohatag ta sa TS ug laing idea para sa iyang 300K nga budget mga bro.. kay i guess, ngita xa ug alternative karun sa iyang 300K nga makapuyo xa.. lisud mn pd pangita ug money karun gd..=) mas maau pd unta ug motubag to ug balik ang TS para makahibawo ug makatabang pd ta niya gamay..=)

    sa budget mura dli pa gyud mpuy an...ako plan is concrete nga house...two ways nlng ako padulngan ani...loan pra mtiwas gyud(fast) or save nsad then tiwason kng mkaigo na(slow)...

    pwede ra lagi na ang 300k basta ayaw lang pag expect ug finished. ang importnte ma puy-an lang usa ug secured mo.

    ^^ tinuod maka puyo naka anang 300k budget 2 storey 60sq.m.. last december lang nakapabarog ko ani nga budget ,way paint ug way plastering sa exterior walls, rough finish sa interior, wala pa sad ceiling sa ground flr only sa 2nd floor.. with water supply n electricity napod.. anha rana mag bikil sa labor nga budget depende sa kapaspas ug ka maayong laki sa imong mga taw.. almost 3 months namo gitrabaho napoyan na..

    pero karon nisaka gyud ang rebars ug cemento... pero kung makakita na gani ka nga ni barog na nya kuwangan pa jud imong budget. ingna ka bakakon mangita jud ka paagi asa mangita para dongag ma excited naman ka mo puyo gud. hehe

    bayaran nemo ang 2 years sa PAG IBIG pwede naka maka apply sa housing loan, kana 300k kulangan na bro

    300K, with respect to the latest building code.. will only make you a decent 1 story structure..
