here in cebu being close to the equator.....
the temperature is very hot..... especially during noon time....

best to avoid filling at noon...
filling up early morning entails waking up early also...
only a few stations are open 24 hours......

I don't know if the underground tanks are insulated....

also gasoline easily evaporates compared to diesel....
