most problems here in the philippines are financial problems i admit in some point of my life i had that problem to the point that i only ate can foods and instant noodles and my wallet was SLIM as hell that happened 8years ago when i was still a teenage my family had that kind of problem pero guys you who have financial problems should hope and dream and eat,pray,love hehehehe in my present status i can breath since everything worked out thanks to god our last card which was our electronic business flourished and now my parents and me are stable, Now my problem is my dad's kidneys are damaged his going on dialysis and only 25% of his lungs function properly iam still praying for his well being, The point is killing yourself isn't the answer you have to fight it! oh and eat healthy and stop smoking hehehe

guys, sorry to hear some of you are clinically depressed... there was a time when I had the compulsion to end my life for no reason....the only thing that stopped me from doing it is my love for my family...i can not bear the thought of leaving them...it's not fair...so, i talked to my doctor and she gave me prescription for anti-depressants....i took it for a while and then i slowly weaned off the medication. also, counselling helps.

Hi guys.

Haven't been around due to a severe depressive episode during the last half of 2010.

Early this year and karon lang nga month, naay total of 2 people nga ni-contact nako nag-inquire about a support group. I hope people will not be afraid to talk about this illness. Nindot unta nga naa na jud ta support group pareho anang depression fighter philippines nga mag-EB every month.
