Management can be a pretty hard task. When it comes to the medical department, there is no room for mistakes. People are held accountable if something goes wrong and there is huge pressure on them. I am working for an IT company and I must admit that we are making lots of different systems for different medical companies. Last time, we had to do something similar to iinsight.biz and the outcome was amazing. The client was so happy, but it was a lot of work. These things don't happen overnight, but I am really grateful that we've managed to succeed.
