in times of emergencies when disaster strikes, cellphones will fail, internet will fail, landline will be disrupted....but radio will b the best means of communication. so kita mga ham operators must keep the hobby alive.

member ko sauna sa COMRAD7 og sa AEROCOMM...during my stint in COMRAD7, 579 to amo freq then among mga OP kay kasagaran comm assistance sa sinulog, sa mga parades, og sa mga first aid stations. when i got into AEROCOMM, mostly assistance mi sa rescue teams labi na katong pag asean summit. we were trained gani by the 505th search and rescue squadron of PAF para kamao jd mi.
