You don't need to give me that link bro, trust me I've been going back and forth with this law reading it from start to finish. I even have my lawyers look into this. I even covered RA 355 of the Revised Penal Code. Bro, if you are suspected of any illegal acts of course certain government agencies can check your computer data. Di mana ingon nga ang tibuok pilipinas i undergo ana nga method. Syaro, there are provisions and guidelines sad oi. I am also a critic of the government. Ako pa, I've been voicing out my opinions online. But does this law scare me? No! Why? Because in the end, it does not put me at risk of landing in jail but it protects me as a Filipino citizen and it protects each and everyone of us including you.

Those who find it useless to have this law are only looking at one side of it. What I would like to ask...are we somehow guilty of doing such acts? Ako guilty ko, but I am happy to know that there is finally a law that benefits more people than suppresses and ignores online victims.

Heck, some of the posts and threads here on iStorya are dumb as fÜck, but should they be policed because they're offensive? No, because freedom of expression is what the Internet is about (of course, this site's administrators are free to do what they want with uploaded content).
