Na tandog sad akong kasing kasing sa imong tubag da^. Pero, I don't think we can achieve a level of 100% effeciency that you are describing.
But what we can do is to create a government which is say 90% efficient. That's already acceptable to me. And I believe that we don't even need to buy firearms and hide to the mountains to achieve it. Why not fund a people's committee using ur financial capabilities(you collect taxes right?), not to destabilize the present government, but to lobby for a solution that will led us to what we want to achieve.
My ideals is just simple. Masulat ra sa half size bondpaper.
I wan't a society wherein I can choose a career that I wan't. I can move freely whereever I want to go. I can have the freedom of speech. Let me become rich if I want to. Buy whatever I can afford.
So, whatever form of government that can provide me those and which is 90% effecient. I'm in. You don't even have to convince me to join.

right now, we have to redistribute the wealth of the country. Â*To give to the poor the excess of the rich. Then we can improve agriculture through genuine land reform. Â*Then we will industrialize. Â*We have to do this minus the Americans and greedy elite. Â*Then we can achieve prosperity. Face Senate probe, Yes Arms dares Senga, Esperon
By Sherwin C. Olaes
Sunday, 10 09, 2005
A group of retired military and police generals and enlisted men under the Young Enlisted Soldiers with Active and Retired Military for Solidarity (Yes Arms ) yesterday dared active military officers who cheated for President Arroyo in last year's elections to appear in a Senate investigation to prove their innocence and justify Malacanang's recent “shoot-to-kill'' order on alleged coup plotters out to destabilize the government.
Yes Arms spokesman retired Cmdr. Ismael Aparri, in a phone interview, at the same time charged that the order could only come from Mrs. Arroyo, who, he said, fears ouster that would find her facing the courts for cheating, lying and stealing stealing in the 2004 polls.
“This major policy decision (shoot-to-kill order) spells tyranny intended to threaten our idealistic, professional soldiers and the police from breaking the chain of command. This could only come from (The President) as no ordinary military or police commanders could give such order,” Aparri told the Tribune.
He then challenged newly promoted top military generals who figured in the Hello Garci wiretapped tapes such as Hermogenes Esperon and Roy Kyamko to promote morality and truth by testifying before senators to disprove that they rigged the elections in favor of Mrs. Arroyo.
The top generals, along with Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff Generoso Senga, last week defied the invitation from Sen. Rodolfo Biazon, chairman of the Senate defense committee, to testify before the panel, citing Executive Order 464 that bars any military, police and government officials from appearing in any legislative inquiries without first seeking the President's approval.
Only Marine Brig. Gen. Francisco Gudani and Marine Lt. Col. Alexander Balutan showed up and exposed the massive and systematic poll fraud in the polls.
Gudani and Balutan were promptly sacked from their posts at the Philippine Military Academy and currently face violations of the Articles of War.
“We're challenging Esperon, Kyamko, Habacon and Col. Perino (whose names are mentioned in the 'Hello Garci' tapes) to appear in the Senate and defy the President's order if they are innocent of the crime because it is only through a clearance made by the Senate that they can justify the shoot-to-kill order launched against coup plotters and recruiters,” Aparri said.
“Flight is an admission of guilt, that is why were asking them if they really intend to promote professionalism, morality and truth among our soldiery and help rebuild and reform our ruined institution (AFP)... they should appear in the Senate and tell nothing but the truth. Because it is only then that they could pacify the brewing disenchantment in the majority of our already demoralized idealistic and professionals in the police and military,” he added.
Although the Yes Arms spokesman conceded that a grievance committee in the military is investigating the officials, he said its credibility having been tarnished by the politicking of the Commander-in-Chief that rules out “real” justice from being served.
He cited Gen. Carlos Garcia, a former AFP comptroller facing plunder charges, whose case before the grievance committee has not moved.
In contrast, Aparri said, the military keeps in jail rebel junior officers under the Magdalo group that mutinied against the government in 2002.
The Yes Arms spokesman added no amount of threats and money could stop the idealists in the military and the police from breaking the chain of command.
“If a warrant of arrest would be issued against us to silence us, I myself would voluntarily proceed to my detention cell in the military camp, if this is the price we have to sacrifice for the next generation of our people,” Aparri said.
But the Senate, according to the Palace, could summon all government officials to testify in Senate inquiries as long as the investigations are not intended to destabilize the Arroyo presidency.
“What we are only watching out for are hearings which by their very agenda are considered by Malacañang as only in aid of destabilization,” Bunye also yesterday said over radio station RMN-dzXL, adding Mrs. Arroyo has no intention to prevent her Cabinet secretaries from appearing before the senators, notwithstanding Executive Order (EO) 464.
Bunye said the inclusion of Commission on Human Rights officials under the EO is a legal issue that is better left to the discretion of the Supreme Court.
“Malacañang believes that any (EO) has what is called a presumption of regularity, meaning any issuance from the executive department is presumed regular, presumed legal, until this is overturned by the (SC),” hee news re: the military men that helped her steal the elections.
