    voting for the land's highest public position is not as easy as voting for a barangay captain. while u can elect an uneducated man to a barangay captain, u can't do the same for a president.

    estrada is dropout from college and didn't u know that he made a circle of smart (and not necessarily good) advisers? in effect he didnt take the wheel of the presidency but a bunch of advisers with their own personal interests. he can't decide on his own on most things where a president supposes to do.

    so electing a president is more than just knowing the man's physical appearance and public rhetorics!
