    watta day.... naka kita na gyud me ug tulingan/mangku/pirit.

    kunting tiis na lang maka-kain na rin ng Sinaing na Tulingan or Mangkung Inun-unan nga ang bukog humok kaajo. Dunno nga lang kung ma duplicate ba ang resulta kay deli man tambok sa baboy ang gamiton instead olive oil.

    Nahinum duman gyud naku niadtong koleg pa ako (basta summer). Halos mag buntag gyud ug inom human manabo ug isda, unja SuTuKil dajun then huwop/pahaloy para inig kilum-kilum na-ana poy kusog para sa dakung tagay inig kagabhi-on

    Back to Mangku, mag bantay gyud ka ana kay kuyaw kaajo ng isda-a. Kung allergic man gani ajaw nalang pag tahas nga mo kaon, kay akong amigo sa una naghubag gyud ang ijang nawong ug ang usa pud naku ka amigo na dala gyud sa hospital sa sobrang pangatol ug pang hupong.

    Shrimp and Rice Casserole


    INGREDIENTS:

    1 six-ounce box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    2 Tablespoons butter or oil
    1 cup diced green bell pepper
    1 cup diced onion
    1 cup sliced celery
    1-1/2 pounds cooked shrimp
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1/2 cup white wine
    minced parsley

    TO PREPARE:

    Cook rice according to package directions and set aside. Saute green pepper, onion, and celery in butter or oil until tender. Combine with rice and all ingredients, except parsley. Pour into a greased nine by thirteen-inch casserole or a round two-quart casserole. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with minced parsley.

    kung ang imo ganing isda gagmay (bulinaw, mong-pong & etc). Mag himo ka lang ug sawsaw human dip lang didto imong kilawnon. BTW pinaka sikrito sa kinilaw kinahanglan presko imong kilawnon. Pinaka ehemplo.... oyster diba kung presko yummy kaajo.

    kinsa ninyu naa recipe para sa crispy fried chicken gravy...kanang sama anang sa kfc ba na gravy or sa jollibee......
