Bai if I'm not mistaken superset man ang tawag anang you do 8 reps of say benchpress then without rest diretso ka ug skullcrusher (triceps) for 8 reps na sad. You know naa ra man sa imo na, you can do superset or katong one exercise lang humanon b4 moving to another exercise. Kung asa ka ngGain and you see improvements didto ka, you change your routine if mgPlateau na gani ka just to shock your muscles para muReact sya.

Now when I say that weight training and the amount of lean muscle you possess will be important, I don’t mean that you have to be huge like a bodybuilder. In fact, most people have a hard time adding muscle to their frame and will not end up getting too big. Some people seem to have false impressions that if they even touch a dumbbell or barbell, they are going to end up being freakishly huge. One of the reasons that many females sometimes have a hard time reaching their weight loss goals is that they are afraid to lift weights at all or are afraid to lift heavy weights, and consequently they are missing one of the most important tools for getting lean. The point is to make your muscle work for you (even while resting) on a 24/7 basis to get you leaner.

yes, that's one of the super biggest misconception around... adding muscles is harder than losing fats... i've seen many people who just do alot of cardio... even if they lose weight they don't really look like they should be... still flaby...

unless you're being juiced with steroids, there's no way you can look freakishly muscular like those bodybuilder guys you see compete in a bodybuilding competition... some can go "natural." meaning, just the right supplements and nutrition but you can't win against those guys who are "ON" to something more potent cause they can lift more heavy weights and they can grow bigger faster...

so, for ordinary gym-goers who are too scared they'd look huge and might resemble the body of a bouncer, it's gonna take more than lifting weights.. you gotta "want it" if you catch my drift
